LOGIN OPTIONS
The app offers two distinct login options:
Customer Login
Customers can quickly access their profiles to book services, track appointments, and view aftercare products.Business Login (for registered installers).
Installers can log in to manage their bookings, view schedules, shop and track installation requests. Each login type is designed to provide unique features that enhance your experience, making it simple to navigate whether you're a customer or an installer.

FORMULA is the future of wrap care built for installers, made for car lovers, available across Australia.
FIND AN INSTALLER
The app features a map-based installer locator powered by Google Maps, allowing customers to easily find the nearest certified Formula PPF installers. Each installer is shown as a pinpoint on the map, and clicking on it reveals details such as the shop name, photo thumbnail, phone number, and address. Additionally, customers can also find nearby car detailers for complete vehicle care. This feature ensures you can quickly access trusted professionals in your area.
ONLINE BOOKING
The app provides an easy-to-use booking system for customers to schedule PPF installations with their chosen installer. Customers can search for an installer, view availability on the calendar, select a date and time, and complete the booking with required car and PPF details. Both the customer and installer will receive alerts on the installation day. Additionally, customers can search for nearby car wash and detailing businesses, view their details, call them directly, or navigate to their location. Note that bookings for car detailing services are not included in this feature.
WEATHER NOTIFICATION
The app provides region-based weather alerts, keeping you informed of upcoming conditions that may affect your PPF care. Integrated with a reliable weather API, the app sends pop-up notifications about rain or other weather events, helping you take timely action to protect your vehicle. You can also view a 3-day weather forecast, allowing you to plan ahead and ensure proper vehicle protection. These alerts are tailored to your location, ensuring you receive the most relevant information for maintaining your PPF.
FEEDBACK & SUPPORT
The app allows customers to easily submit two types of complaints: PPF-related issues, where they can upload photos and send complaints directly to their installer, and order complaints for aftercare products, which are sent to Admin for resolution. Installers and Admin can update ticket statuses and respond within the app. For any other concerns, customers can fill out a contact form with a title, description, and optional photos, which Admin can view and address. This feature ensures a streamlined support process for resolving issues efficiently.
ONLINE SHOP
The app offers a convenient shopping experience for paint protection film, aftercare products, and car accessories allowing customers and installer to browse a range of items with images, names, and prices. Each product has detailed information, including descriptions and options to add to the cart. Customers/ Installer can view and edit their cart, proceed to checkout with address entry, and complete their purchase with secure payment integration. Once the order is placed, customers receive an order confirmation, ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
The app allows customers to easily manage their account details, including personal information, vehicle records, and settings. You can view and edit your profile, update your contact details, and manage your saved address and profile picture. Customers can also add or remove vehicles by entering unique PPF serial numbers (with installer verification), and view important details such as vehicle make, model, and PPF installation dates. The app also supports changing your username and password through secure OTP verification, logging out, and even deleting your account, with a confirmation warning for data loss before deletion.
